Club Nintendo is a rewards program that Nintendo started for their customers. The program first started in Japan and then it went to other countries in the world and now it has finally launched in the US.

Earning rewards in the club is pretty simple you just buy games that Nintendo makes for the Nintendo DS or the Nintendo Wii and inside the games along with the manuals there’s a slip with a code that you can enter at the Club Nintendo website. After you type in the code at the website you will have to do a survey and then you will get some coins. The coins will help you buy some rewards like a special Club Nintendo game or a Wii remote holder to name a few of the prizes. After getting a certain amount of coins you will upgrade to a different level, there three levels: normal, gold, and platinum, getting to different levels will give you a free gift from Nintendo. I heard about Club Nintendo a couple of years back from my Japanese friend because he’s been in it ever since Nintendo started it in Japan. He would always tell me all the stuff he would get from the club and most of it was really cool. When I heard that Nintendo was gonna start it here in the US I was really happy and wondered if it would be just like the one in Japan and so far it’s looking like it. One of the games that my friend got a while back is available in the US version of Club Nintendo and I’m also 100 coins away from getting it. After putting in all of the codes I had, I have actually upgraded to Platinum Status I can’t wait to find out what I get from the club.
