Working at the Rock Band Booth at Crue Fest

Yesterday I was working at the Rock Band booth at Crue Fest in San Bernardino since Rock Band is a sponsor for the Tour they were there with the game and had contest and stuff to give away. I was in charge of having the game and consoles in working order and helping the people who visited the booth to play the game. Now a lot of people did came to the booth and most people just came to the booth and didn’t go to the concert which I though was funny. Even met some people that came from overseas to visit and came to the concert and saw the booth and came to try out the game because there country didn’t have the game still. There were other people that have never played a game like Rock Band or Guitar Hero that had fun playing it and also decided to go on the big Rock Band stage and preform in front of some people. Even the people in the crowd were having a good time listening to some of the songs that were being played. One of the biggest things that was going on was the Band Contest and the Drum Battle. The Band Contest had four people make a band and battle against others for highest score and the winner of it went to open for Motley Crue before they went up on stage playing some Rock Band in front of all the people that went to the concert and then got to meet some of the bands backstage after they were done. Now the Drum battle was to see who was the best Rock Band drummer there that day and who ever won got a custom drum set a real one not for Rock Band. I had a good time, got to meet a lot of cool people that came by the booth, worked with some great people and also got to see some of the concert when I was released after finished up with the booth so it was a great day yesterday.
