Mega Man Maverick Hunter X Review

One of the first game that I got when I got my PSP Slim is Mega Man Maverick Hunter X. Now this game is pretty old but since I’m a big fan of classic Mega Man X games I decided to pick it up. My friend game me this because when I was trying to find it in stores but no luck, because with Mega Man games you have to get them as soon as there released because they tend to not make many after there released. Now this game is a remake of Mega Man X for the SNES and it’s a great remake and has a lot of great extra’s. One of the things that did bug me is that they kinda messed up the story line if it’s suppose to be from the beginning of the Mega Man X series because some character die when there not suppose to or other’s aren’t the same in this game but it’s not that much of a problem. The level’s are still the same, new animations, the characters have voices and better graphics of course. All the new game upgrades are great they even have a small animated clip that is like 10 minutes long that you unlock after you beat the game and you also get to unlock another game mode. The new game mode is that you get to play as Mega Man X’s Enemy Vile, this mode is more slow paced than the original mode where you play as X so when playing this mode you gotta go slower and take your time but still good to play. So if you were a fan of the Mega Man X series way back in the early 90s this is a must get, great upgrade with good extra features.
