Windows Vista problems

So the other day my sister had me look at her borrowed laptop when she sent in her laptop for repairs. Now the thing about the laptop she had borrowed is that its a Windows Vista one. I had bad experiences with Vista in the past, so I really don’t like Vista that much and my sister’s laptop is XP so this is her first time with Vista. Now the thing is that when you borrow a laptop they erase everything and make it like a new one so they reformat it and it started with the start up installation. Now when we started it up it was ok until it went to a black screen then a message appeared that said that Windows Vista was not fully installed and to finish install the OS. So we went back to the place where we she got the laptop and they tried to reinstall the OS and it just didn’t work, then after all the mess they just decided to give us a another one. Now they should of look at the laptop to see if it worked instead of just having to have to waste more of there time and ours as well, they must of been lazy that day.
