Quickly Select An Entire Worksheet

There should be an image here! Here’s a nifty time save for Excel. Let’s say you need to change the font size of all cells in an Excel worksheet. You can use your mouse to click in a cell and drag the cursor to highlight the rest. For large worksheets though, this can be a pain.

Instead, you can select all the cells within a worksheet using a single click. Simply click the light blue box in the top left corner of the worksheet (the box with the small triangle). It’s the box above the row numbers and beside the column letters. When you click the box, the entire worksheet is selected so you can easily change the font size (or perform some other action).
