Depending on what you want to accomplish, there are a few different ways that you can align graphic objects on a slide. For example, graphic objects can be aligned in relation to each other or to the slide.

When you align graphic objects relative to the slide, the slide boundaries or the center of the slide is used, depending on the option you select. To align graphic objects to the slide:

  1. Drag a window around all of the graphic objects on the slide. All the objects will be selected when you release the mouse button.
  2. Within the Drawing section, on the Home tab of the ribbon, click Arrange.
  3. Point to Align and select Align to Slide.

You can then use one of the alignment options, such as Align Right which will line up the graphic objects next to the right border.
