The Page Setup window in Microsoft Word lets you configure the margins, layout, and other aspects of your Word document page. Those people who regularly use Word likely use the Page Setup window a lot because it helps to make a more personalized document configuration quickly.

You can access the Page Setup window from the File menu. Depending on how often you alter these settings, you may find the added clicks tedious. There is a slightly faster way to open the Page Setup window: double click the horizontal or vertical ruler.

Be sure to double click the grey part of the ruler. If you double click the white part of the ruler, the Tabs window appears instead.
