PowerPoint 2007′S Presenter View Part II

As you learned in Part I, PowerPoint 2007 lets you run a presentation on multiple monitors using Presenter View. If you want to use this feature, you need to configure PowerPoint to use multiple monitors as described below.

1. On the Slide Show tab, in the Monitors group, click Use Presenter View.
2. Select the Monitor tab.
3. Select the monitor icon that you want to use to view your speaker notes, and then select the This is my main monitor option.
4. Select the monitor icon for the second monitor that the audience will view, select the Extend my Windows Desktop onto this monitor check box, and then click OK.
5. On the Slide Show tab, in the Monitors group, ensure that the monitor on which you want the audience to see your presentation, appears in the Show On list.
