Print Specific Selections In Word 2007

There may be instances where you only want to print a specific part of your document. For example, you may want to print a few paragraphs of a document as opposed to the entire thing. In such cases, you can print the current selection using the steps described below.

  1. Within your document, select the specific text that you want to print.
  2. Click the Office Button, point to and click Print.
  3. Within the Print dialog box, under Page Range, click Selection.
  4. Click Print.
