Print Specific Selections In Word 2007
Microsoft Word allows you to print smaller sections of your complete document, without printing a full Word document page. There may be instances where you only want to print a specific part of your Microsoft Word document. For example, you may want to print a few paragraphs on page two of a Word document, as opposed to a full page of the document or all pages in the Word document. In such cases, you can print text highlighted in your Word document, referred to in Word as the current selection, using the steps described below.
- Within your document, select the specific text that you want to print.
- Click the Office Button, point to and click Print.
- Within the Print dialog box, under Page Range, click Selection.
- Click Print.
