Single Space Text In Word 2007
In a previous tip, you learned how to single space an entire document using the Word 2003 Quick Style set. You can also single space specific text, as opposed to an entire document. For example, you may want to double-space a document with the exception of a few specific paragraphs.
To single space specific text in Word 2007:
- Select the text or paragraph that you want to change to single space.
- On the Home tab, within the Paragraph group, click Line Spacing.
- Click 1.0.
