Apply Stationery To Select Messages In Outlook 2007

If you use Outlook to communicate with family and friends, you can use stationery to spice up your messages. When you add stationery to a message, a fancy background is placed behind the actual text.
In a previous tip, I showed you how to add stationery to all messages in Outlook. However, you can also add stationery to individual messages on an as required basis.
Outlook includes different stationery that you can add to your messages. To add stationery to select messages in Outlook 2007:
- Open Outlook.
- From the Actions menu, point to New Mail Message Using and click More Stationery.
- Under Choose a theme, click the theme or stationery you want to use.
- Click OK.
- Compose your message and click Send.
