Apply Stationery To All Messages In Outlook 2007

If you use Outlook to communicate with family and friends, you can use stationery to spice up your messages. When you add stationery to a message, a fancy background is placed behind the actual text.
Outlook includes different stationery that you can add to your messages. To add stationery to all messages in Outlook 2007:
- Open Outlook.
- From the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the Mail Format tab.
- In the Compose in this message format list, click HTML.
- Click Stationery and Fonts.
- From the Personal Stationery tab, click Theme.
- Select the theme or stationery that you want to use and click OK.
