The popularity of working with distributed teams has increased exponentially over the past several years, and speaking from experience, I can say that it’s the way to go. I’ve worked in a real office before, but for the last six or so years, I’ve done all of my work from home with companies all over the world. This may seem foolish to some of you, but this type of thing does help everyone to feel like they’re working in the same place no matter where they are.
