Task.fm
For the past four or five months, certain aspects of my work haven’t been nearly as busy as I’d like them to be, but all of a sudden, things seem to be turning around. Now I’m slammed, which is a good thing, but at the same time, it can be difficult to manage everything. Meetings, tasks, and a variety of other things seem to be endless when you’re really busy. Instead of only relying on yourself to remember everything, it might be a good idea to use a service that helps you out. Task.fm will make sure that you don’t forget anything.
As long as you remember to provide Task.fm with your tasks, then you should be set. One of the nice things about the service is that you can work with it through e-mail, which means that it will fit in with your normal routine. It can also process natural language, so by simply communicating what it is that you need to do and when, Task.fm will be able to figure out what you mean and setup the reminder. E-mail reminders are free, but SMS and phone call reminders cost credits, which you’re able to pay for. I think this model makes a lot of sense.
