Change The Size Of The Start Menu Icons In Windows 7

By default, Windows 7 uses icons for items on the Start Menu. In my experience, most people prefer will change this and opt to use smaller icons. If you have installed Windows 7, you can switch to smaller Start Menu icons using the steps listed below:

1. Right click on the Start button and click Properties.

2. Verify that the Start Menu tab is active.
3. Click the Customize button.
4. Remove the check beside the Use large icons option.
5. Click OK.
