TubeChop

My attention span has been steadily decreasing ever since I started using the Internet. I used to be a patient person, but now I’m only willing to give something online a few seconds of my attention in order to determine if I’m interested in it. I’ve become pretty good at skimming through text, but it can be hard to do this with video. A lot of videos on a service like YouTube are quick and get to the point right away, but some are long and drawn-out. After watching something, you may determine that you only really cared about a certain portion of the video, and TubeChop enables you to create a new video out of that one section.

Why waste time, right? By entering in a YouTube keyword or URL, you’re able to select the video that you want and chop it down through a nice interactive tool. Once you specify the start and end time, you’ll be presented with your newly created version of the video that you can immediately watch and share by embedding or linking others to the video’s page. This is much easier than trying to tell someone where to start and stop a video.
