Word Can Remember The Shape You Are Drawing

When you use the Drawing toolbar, you have to click the same toolbar shape each time you want to add the same shape to your document. For example, if I want to add three rectangles, I have to click the Rectangle button each time I add a rectangle.
It would be much easier if you click a shape once and add multiples of that shape to the document. Fortunately, you can have Word remember the shape you are drawing so you can add multiple shapes at once. To do this:
- On the Drawing toolbar, double-click on the button that contains the shape you want to add.
- Draw as many of that particular shape as you want.
- Press the Esc button when you are finished.
