Keyboard shortcuts are a great way of performing little tasks more easily. Instead of having to reach for your mouse, you can press two or three keystrokes. You can use many different keystrokes when working in Excel. Below are some keystrokes used for performing common tasks.
- CTRL+SHIFT+O — Selects all cells that contain comments
- CTRL+P — Opens the Print dialog box
- CTRL+SHIFT+P — Opens the Format Cells dialog box with the Font tab selected.
- CTRL++ — Displays the Insert dialog box to insert blank cells
- CTRL+- — Displays the Delete dialog box to delete the selected cells
- CTRL+W — Closes the selected workbook window.
- CTRL+T — Displays the Create Table dialog box
- CTRL+; — Enters the current date
- CTRL+SHIFT+: — Enters the current time
- CTRL+SHIFT+” — Copies the value from the cell above the active cell into the cell or the Formula Bar

Good list. For the last one CTRL+” works as well to copy value (text or numerical) into cell below. The SHIFT does not need to be pressed. Makes the finger contortions a little easier.
