Collaborate With Coworkers Using Windows Meeting Space

Windows Vista makes it easy for you to collaborate with other users. Using Windows Meeting Space, you can create secure sessions with other users to share files and collaborate with each other.

All you have to do is open Windows Meeting Space and launch a session. Windows Meeting Space will automatically detect other Windows Vista users that are on the same sub-net. Send one or more of the users an invite and once they accept the invitation, you can share a file by dragging it to the Handouts area on the bottom right. Windows Meeting Space replicates the file across the other computers of those participating in the session.

Then, by dragging the file into the presentation area on the left side, you can make changes to the document while others watch. If another user wants to make edits to the file, simply pass control of the application to that user.
