If you are searching for a specific person in your list of Outlook contacts, you can use column ordering to quickly find that contact.
By clicking on Full Name at the top of the first column, your list of contacts will be displayed in alphabetical order (from A to Z) making it easier to find the individual you are looking for.
By clicking on Full name once again, names will be displayed from Z to A.
