Apply Animation Schemes In PowerPoint

Creating your own animations in PowerPoint can be time consuming because you have to add each effect individually. An alternative, and faster way of applying animations, is to use one of the existing Animation Styles.
Animation Styles are new to Microsoft Office XP. Each animation style includes a set of animation effects that you can apply to one or more slides. It saves you a lot of time because the effects are preconfigured for you based on the animation style you choose.
To apply an animation style:
- Open your PowerPoint presentation.
- From the Slide Show menu, click Animation Schemes.
- Select one of the schemes to see a preview of the effects.
- Click Apply to all slides to have the selected animation scheme applied to all slides in the presentation. Otherwise, the animation scheme will only be applied to the current slide.
