Prevent Master Slide Graphics From Being Displayed

Any graphics you add to your PowerPoint master slide will appear on your slides when you close the Master View. However, for some slides, you may not want the graphics from the master slide to appear. In such cases, you can exclude the graphics from appearing on select slides.

To exclude master slide graphics:

  1. Click the slide for which you want to hide the master slide graphics.
  2. From the Format menu, click Background.
  3. Click the Omit background graphics from master option.
  4. Click OK.

You will need to repeat the steps above for each slide for which you want to exclude the master slide graphics.
