I’ve never had the need to find commercial office space since I work from home, but that doesn’t mean that I haven’t looked at what’s out there in my area. I’m one of those people that loves to look at open houses, and since I run my own business, I guess it’s also reasonable to expect that I would like to look at available offices as well. I’d probably enjoy having my own commercial office space for a month or two, but I’m so used to working from home that it would be difficult to start having to commute to a regular office. With Rofo, you specify the location, size, and type of space that you’re looking for, and the service will find whatever it can for you. You’ll also have access to some great advice and a place where you can post about the office space needs that you have. As of right now, Rofo will only prove to be useful if you’re looking for office space in the Bay Area, but if and when they expand, it could become the answer to an important niche market.
