Add Two Time Zones In Outlook
Many of us work across multiple time zones. This poses a challenge when working on Outlook because, by default, the calendar only displays one time zone.
To make things easier, you can configure the Outlook calendar to display the time in two time zones. The steps below describe how to accomplish this in Outlook 2002.
- Within Outlook, click Options from the Tools menu.
- Click Preferences.
- Click Calendar Options.
- Click Time Zone.
- Choose the appropriate time zone to add and assign it a name.
Now when you view your calendar, Outlook will display both time zones.
