Print A List Of Shortcut Keys In Word

I’ve written many tips on how to assign your own shortcut keys in Word. However, not only does Word let you assign shortcut keys, it also lets you print out a list of the keys you have assigned. The print out makes a great quick reference guide, particularly if you have assigned several shortcut keys.

To print a list of your assigned shortcuts keys in Word:

  1. Within Word, click Print from the File menu. If you are using Word 2007, click the Microsoft Office button and then click Print. The Print dialog box will appear.
  2. Select the Key assignments option from the Using the Print What drop-down list.
  3. Click OK.

I’m not sure what you print out looked like but mine was:

Key Assignments for Document: Document1

Global Key Assignments
