Shrink Your Word 2003/2007 Document By One Page

Here is a great tip you can use when you have a document where the last page is mostly blank. Printing pages that are mostly blank is a waste of paper, especially when making multiple copies. If you are using Word 2003 or 2007, you can tell Word to shrink the document by one page. Word will tweak the fonts within the document to make it one page smaller.
To shrink a document by one page, switch to Print Preview. If the last page is mostly blank, click the Shrink to Fit button in Word 2003 or the Shrink One Page button is Word 2007.
