Use The Save All And Close All Menu Options In Word

Here is a quick tip that lets you save or close all open Word documents at once. Hold down the SHIFT key when selecting the File menu. Two additional menu options appear: Save All and Close All. By selecting one of these options, Word will either save all your open files or close them.
