Print Comments In Excel 2002

Normally when you print a spreadsheet, any comments that exist are not printed. However, there may be cases where you want to be able to see your comments in the printed version of your spreadsheet. If so, you can configure Excel to print your comments.

To accomplish this in Excel 2002:

  1. On the Reviewing toolbar, click the Show All Comments button.
  2. From the File menu, click Page Setup.
  3. Click the Sheet tab.
  4. Click the drop down arrow beside Comments and select one of the following options: At end of sheet or As displayed on sheet.
  5. Click OK.
  6. From the File menu, click Print.
