		<description>To destroy a hard drive so that the data is unrecoverable, put it on a hard surface and hit it with a hammer about 1 inch in from all four sides until the case is deformed as far as you can get it.  This will shatter the discs and make recovery as close to impossible as you can reasonably expect.

I&#039;m not saying that unlimited resources and technology might not be able to get something off such a drive, but if anyone wants you that badly they probably have plenty on you already.</description>
