Print A PowerPoint 2007 Presentation In Black And White

When people create PowerPoint presentations, they often include a variety of background colors on the slides. PowerPoint presentations are designed to be shown in color and the colors make them more appealing to an audience. However, when it comes to printing the presentation, they rarely look as great as they do on screen and many slides are unreadable.
Instead of changing the background color to white, you can print the slides in black & white or grayscale. To accomplish this in PowerPoint 2007:
- Click the Microsoft Office Button, click the arrow next to Print, and then click Print Preview.
- In the Print group, click the arrow under Options, point to Color/Grayscale, and then click either Pure Black and White or Grayscale. If you select Grayscale, some colors, such as background fill, are printed in white. If you select Pure Black and White, the handouts are printed without gray fills.
- In the Print group, click Print.

Is it at all possible to include the background image/colors when printing? I can’t seem to find this option anywhere and it sure would be useful.
