Reorder Your Slides In PowerPoint 2007

PowerPoint 2007 lets you reorganize the slides in a presentation. One you create a presentation, you can easily go back and change the order of the slides. Reordering slides is not a new feature as it was also included in previous versions of PowerPoint. In most cases, you could reorganize your slides by selecting the Slide Sorter option from the View menu.

In PowerPoint 2007, the steps are slightly different. In the pane that contains the Outline and Slides tabs, click the Slides tab. On the Home tab, select the slide thumbnails you want to move and drag them to their new location. To select multiple slides, hold down the CTRL key while you click each slide.

Diana:
I have a problem with a Word document. I saved a large document I prepared in WordPerfect into Word. When I looked at it there were large gaps in the middle of the text. I can only assume those are page breaks. I tried to find out how to deal with that but couldn’t. In WordPerfect all you have to do is to put the cursor at the first word of the line after the break and backspace and it comes up. In Word, no such thing unless it was originally a Word file. Also, WordPerfect has a window that you can bring up that shows all of the commands used directly in the text. I can’t find anything like that in Word.

Anyway, how can I correct the gaps in my text?
