My clients work in high-end CAD, digital video, & multimedia, so I not only demand a high MTBF (mean time between failures), but also high reliability. With a terabyte of data, the last thing you want is to come in one morning to find things going "clack, clack, clack" in your computer! I've thus switched over to Seagate &, in fact, just today ordered one of their ST310005N1A1AS-RK 1 TB SATA/300 drives with 32 MB buffer & 7200 rpm that I found on Bensbargains.net .
