I decided to use Cell Phone Shop for an upgrade on my (then) Cingular account a couple of years ago. They misrepresented the cost of the upgrade, signed me up for stuff I didn’t order, told me two days later that the phone I ordered wasn’t available, and then screwed up my credit card refund so that I couldn’t use that card for weeks.

By all means, use their 10% off coupon. Not.
