Apply A Layout To PowerPoint Slides

PowerPoint comes with many different layouts. This can save you a lot of time and effort when it comes to creating a presentation. Once you find a layout that you like, all you have to do is apply it to your slide using the simple steps listed below.

  1. From the Format menu, click the Slide Layout option.
  2. The layouts will appear on the right hand side in the Slide Layout task pane.
  3. Scroll through the layouts until you find the one you want to use.
  4. Click the slide layout to apply it to you slide.
