Prevent Rows from Splitting Across Tables In Word 2007

By default, Word 2007 lets table rows break across pages. If a table cell has multiple lines of text, some text can appear at the bottom of one page and continue on the next. Word does let you change the default behavior so all text in a cell can appear on the same page. Instead of having the text within a cell appear on different pages, Word will move the entire table row to the next page when you reach the end of the previous page.
To prevent Word from splitting rows across pages:
- Click Table Tools, Layout, and then Properties.
- Deselect the Allow row to break across page option.
- Click OK.
