The toolbars can move around Outlook, dock or float. You can also change the shape of a floating toolbar and change the size of a docked toolbar. Move any toolbar by selecting the move handle (four dots on the far left side of a toolbar) and moving the toolbar to its new location. For docked toolbars, click on the Title Bar and drag it to a new spot.
To change the shape of a floating toolbar, move the cursor over one of its edges at the top/bottom for taller or shorter or left/right for longer or narrower until a two-directional arrow appears.
In resizing the docked toolbars, you can’t change the size of a toolbar that appears on a row by itself. However, if you have two toolbars on the same row, you can resize them. Click the empty space of the toolbar you want to resize until you see a cursor with four arrows.
