Set Up Margins For Book Folds In Word 2007

Microsoft Word 2007 allows you to set up documents that will require a center fold or book fold. For example, if you need to create an invitation or menu that needs to be folded down the center.

You can add a book fold to a document from the Page Setup using the steps listed below.

  1. Click Page Setup from the File menu.
  2. Click the Margins tab.
  3. In the Multiple pages list, select Book fold.
  4. Select the amount of space you want to use for the inside and outside margins in the Inside and Outside boxes.
  5. Use the Sheets per booklet list to select the number of sheets you want to include in the booklet.
