Microsoft Word 2007 allows you to set up documents that will require a center fold or book fold. For example, if you need to create an invitation or menu that needs to be folded down the center.
You can add a book fold to a document from the Page Setup using the steps listed below.
- Click Page Setup from the File menu.
- Click the Margins tab.
- In the Multiple pages list, select Book fold.
- Select the amount of space you want to use for the inside and outside margins in the Inside and Outside boxes.
- Use the Sheets per booklet list to select the number of sheets you want to include in the booklet.

Thank you so much. This information is very helpful. However, in the Help tab in Word 2007, it’s very difficult to locate information. I typed the words creating a book, and so much other information comes up. This has happened with other information I was trying to find on the Help menu.
I had to go to Microsoft Tech. Support to get this info. When my warranty runs out I won’t be able to afford the service cost for tech. support, therefore I hope the Help information will be better.
