PowerPoint 2007 gives you the ability to reorganize the slides in a presentation. This is not a new feature as it was also included in previous versions. In most cases, you could reorganize your slides by selecting the Slide Sorter option from the View menu.

You can also reorganize the order of your slides in the Normal view. Once your presentation is open, click View and select Normal. Your slides will appear as thumbnails in a list on the left side of the window. You can display any slide in a larger view by clicking on the appropriate thumbnail. If you want to quickly change the order of the slides, simply click a thumbnail, drag it, and drop it where you want the slide located in the list of thumbnails.
