Change The Color Of Overdue Tasks In Outlook 2007

You can use Outlook to keep track of tasks that you need to complete. When a task with a due date is overdue, Outlook will change the color to red. Any completed tasks are displayed in Grey. This makes it easy for you to differentiate between complete and overdue tasks.

If you have specific color preferences, you can configure Outlook to display your complete and overdue tasks in different colors. You can change the default colors using the steps that are listed below.

  1. Within Outlook, click Options from the Tools menu.
  2. Click Task Options.
  3. Click the down arrows beside the Overdue task color and Completed task color options to select alternate colors.
