A distribution list (DL) is a grouping of contacts. It gives you a quick and easy way to send a message to a group of people. Once you create a distribution lists created, you might want to have a hard copy of all the contacts in the group for reference purposes. If so, all you have to do is print off a copy of your distribution list using the steps listed below.
To print your distribution list in Outlook 2007:
- Click Contacts.
- Open the distribution list you want to print.
- Click the Microsoft Office Button and click Print.
- Choose the additional printing options you want to use and click OK.

It appears that, by default, Outlook 2007 prints the distribution list on two pages - the first for the name of the distribution list and the second to list the members. Is there a way to get those to print on the same page?
Thanks!
