I’ve got Office 2007 Ultimate and I don’t see a Delegates tab when I click Tools > Options in Outlook. Whereabouts should I be looking?

Hey, I can do that from 2007 to 2007, no prob. 2003 to 2003 no prob, but when I have a 2k3 to 2007 share out their calendar, even with EVERYONE granted access, the 2003 can see everything, but the 2007 will not be able to get access….any ideas?
