Putting A Face On An Outlook 2007 Contact

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could open a contact in Outlook and see a picture of them along with all the other contact information? It’s probably not a necessity but it can be kind of fun. If you’re using Outlook 2007, you can assign a picture to a contact and it is very simple to do.
Within Outlook, select the Contacts folder. Open an existing contact or create a new one. On the Contact tab, in the Options group, click Picture. Click Add Picture. Locate and double click the picture that you want to assign to the contact. Outlook will automatically resize the picture to fit within the contact picture space.
If you decide you want to change a picture assigned to a contact, you can do so using the same process as described above. Instead of selecting the Add Picture option, select the Change Picture option.
