Print A Blank Calendar In Outlook 2007
The Outlook calendar is something that I definitely cherish. I keep all my appointments in there, when my bills are due, my son’s hockey games and practices, and so on. It has become a ritual every morning to open my calendar and see what I have going on for the day. I usually print a copy of my calendar as well each month.
One of the things you can also do within Outlook is print a blank calendar. This can useful in a meeting to take notes on. I print a blank calendar each month for my son so he can keep track of what he his activities.
You can quickly print a blank calendar in Outlook using the steps below:
- Within Outlook, click the File menu, point to New, and click Folder.
- Type in a name for the folder.
- Click Calendar Items from the Folder contains list.
- Click Calendar under Select where to place the folder.
- Click OK.
- Under the My Calendars section, click the check beside the calendar you just created.
- From the File menu, click Print.
- Under Print this calendar, select the calendar you created.
- Click OK.
