Use Double Spaces In Your Word 2007

A Lockergnome reader recently asked me how to use double spacing in a Word document. There are two methods that you can use. The first method requires you to make a small configuration change to Word as described in the steps below.
- Open your Word document.
- On the Home tab, in the Styles group, right-click Normal and click Modify.
- Click Double Space under Formatting.
- Click OK.
This will change your entire document to be double spaced. However, if you only want specific text to be double spaced, you need to complete the steps below.
- Select the appropriate text.
- On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click Line Spacing.
- Click 2.0.

I appreciate your tips, they are very helpful.
I could use some help with Outllook
In my business there is a great deal of email back and forth and while it is nice to see the previous email as a trailer( agreat refresher of my failing memory) I wish I could print the reply ‘only’ without all the previous communication on the same subject I also would like to be able to select how many pages or which pages to print. I have searched the outlook choices and do not see any settings that would solve my problem. As it stands I highlight and copy the latest response, copy it to a word document and then print.
Another issue along the same line is that anything you print from Google always seem to have a last page with nothing on it but thier little ending pitch.
I am not the most diligent tree hugger but the above problems are bery waistful.
Thanks

Thank you very much, Microsoft sure took leaps and bounds from Word 2003 to Word 2007. Some good, some bad. Although I think it’s just a matter of getting used to everything. Thanks!
