When you create a table in PowerPoint using the Table command from the Insert menu, the table automatically contains borders separating the different columns and rows. Here is one way that you can create a table that does not have borders.
First, create your table using the following procedure. Place the cursor where you want the table inserted. From the Insert menu, click Table. Specify the number of columns and rows then click OK. The table will automatically be created.
To get rid of the table borders complete the steps listed below.
- Click Tables and Borders on the toolbar.
- Click the drop down arrow beside Border Style.
- Click No Border.
- Click the borders you want to remove.
- Click OK.
PowerPoint will automatically remove the borders from the table.
