Text messaging is huge, and it’s even gotten to the point where competitions are held to see who can compose certain text messages the fastest. Let’s just say that I would lose that competition in a big way. Don’t get me wrong, I do occasionally send a text message or two, but there’s usually a reason why I do it. Needless to say, I’m not one of these people who has forgotten how to speak because they’re always conveying themselves through text on the phone. As you would expect, most people think of text messaging as being connected with their phone, but Joopz enables you to blend your text messaging with your phone and your computer.
You will need to enter in your cell phone number to create an account, but once you do, you’ll be able to send and receive text messages from the Web to a mobile phone. Sometimes your poor little thumbs get tired from all of that exhausting movement, and when they do, you can give them a rest and work with your fingers from within a Web browser. This basic functionality is interesting, but it’s the added features that really make Joopz shine. For example, your conversation history is saved, and you can use the service to communicate with all of the members of a particular group at once. In addition to that, you can also send yourself reminders and schedule special messages for delivery to your recipients in the future.

Do you know how to cancel a Joopz account? I signed up, and don’t like it at all! Takes way too much time to get messages, even when I sign out of the account! I looked around, and can’t find a way to cancel it. I’ve tried emailing, and get no answer. In the FAQ section on the site, it says there’s live customer service, but I’m not seeing that either! Help!
