PowerPoint allows you to create your own custom slides. You can change the color, the style, arrangement and so on. Another way you can customize your slides is to use a picture for the background.
You can use a picture as the background image on a slide in your presentation by following the steps that I describe below:
- Select the slide for which you want to change the background.
- On the Design tab, in the Background group, click Background Styles.
- Click Format Background.
- Click Fill.
- Click Picture or texture fill.
- Click File, locate and double click the picture you want to use as the background.
- Click Close.
PowerPoint applies the picture you selected as the background to your slide.
