Did you know that you could send a message in Outlook at a specific date and time? When you create and send the message, Outlook will place it in the Outbox and does not send it until the date and time that you specify. This is definitely useful if you want to pre-compose but are not ready to send it.

To send a message at a specific date and time in Outlook 2002:

1. Within Outlook, create a new mail message.
2. From the message window, click the Options button on the toolbar.
3. Place a check beside the Do not deliver before option.
4. Use the drop down arrows to select the date and time that you want to message sent.
5. Click Close.
