    Diana,
How about telling us how to create a Distribution List?

I use Outlook 2007 so this method may be somewhat different in Outlook 2003.

    1. Open Outlook
    2. From the menu bar select File–>New–>Distribution List (can also be started by hitting CTRL-Shift-L at the same time)
    3. In the Name entry box, enter a name for the distribution list
    4. From the Distribution list toolbar click on Select Members if you want to add people who are in your Contacts. Your Contacts list will be displayed. Double click on the people you want added to your new distribution list.
    5. Click Add New if you want to add people who are not currently in your Outlook Address book. You will need to type in a display name and an email address for these types of entries.
