Besides video, images can be the hardest files to organize and search and browse through. Text is always the easiest type of data to store and sort, but once things get visual, it can get tricky. Even at this very moment, I have a bunch of pictures from my digital camera on my computer that aren’t organized, have cryptic file names, and in many ways, are a pain to view. On the Internet, it can be even more difficult to manage your digital photographic memories or view those of others. Oftentimes you’ll find pictures that appear to contain incremental numbers, and when you do, it’s time to visit Picsir.
This service may be a niche thing that not a lot of people will truly understand and use, but it definitely serves a purpose. By default, images that are part of a collection contain numbers that increment, and even though you may immediately think that this would make it very easy to view them, that’s not always the case. Picsir, however, makes it easy by only asking you to provide the URL of one of these images, and from there, it will build an attractive gallery that allows you to view these numbered images in an organized way without any problems. It’s nice, but I just hope that more people will appreciate it.
